Katori is operated by Orange IQ Labs, Inc. You can request account deletion here without installing or signing in to the app.
Email [email protected] from the Google email address you use for Katori, with the subject “Delete my Katori account”. You do not need to explain why.
We will verify that the request comes from the account owner before deleting anything and confirm by email when it is complete. If you no longer have access to that email address, contact us so we can help verify ownership. Never send your Google password.
Your Katori account, sign-in sessions, diary entries, saved meals, calorie and nutrient goals, optional profile details, preferences and contributor blocks are removed from active storage. Your identity is removed from any retained moderation reports.
Community food definitions may be kept without your account attribution because other people may use them. Records you exported to Health Connect, copies of shared images, and data held by other apps are managed in those apps. Deleting Katori does not delete your Google account.
Cloudflare recovery history may retain deleted data for up to 30 days. If you still have Katori installed, sign out or uninstall it to remove its local diary cache. Sync pending changes first if you want to keep a copy.
